I had a wonderful experience with the Radiant medspa team! I first called to book a consultation and spoke with Christine. She has a kind spirit and is easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable discussing everything I was looking for including financial options. She made it a smooth process to book my consultation appointment I had requested with Kristin and Kelly and later she helped a ton with providing the best deals and perks that could be added as a first-time/returning patient. My consultation: Kristin and Kelly were open and honest about EVERYTHING and I felt they genuinely wanted to hear what I had in mind first. I did my own research prior to going in and they were all ears on all my concerns and asks. They shared their perspective, there was NO pressure and we actually were very much aligned (Side note: I'm getting ready for my wedding that's in 4 months. Social media can really put you in a rabbit hole and make you feel like you need so many things done) Kristin and Kelly were helpful in reassuring me I had time and laid out a plan that is safe and tailored to what I need to match the result I'm looking for. I was easily able to book my next appointment through Christine at the front desk. I recently had my tox appointment (this was my first time ever) with Kristin and it went seamlessly! I am really looking forward to the results in just a couple of weeks. Next up, BBL Moxi with Kelly!

I had my first visit at Radiant med spa two weeks ago with a new provider , Aileen. What I loved about my experience with her is the way she approached me with curiosity and interest in my personal goals. She took the time to explain the various options ,expected outcomes and benefits of each potential treatment. She laid out options that fit my budget and didn’t push me to an uncomfortable level on my first treatment. The spa itself is beautiful inside and every interaction I had from the front desk to meeting the owner in passing was so pleasant. It seems like they have a great culture as the vibes and energy were very fun and positive throughout the spa. I would definitely recommend Radiant to anyone looking for a med spa that values and respects the patient experience and puts their needs first. After two weeks, my face looks amazing and I’ve been getting compliments from people I would have never expected. I ended up doing dysport on the forehead ,11s ,crows feet and under eye area and I look five years younger! I would highly recommend Aileen If you’re nervous about your first time. She’s really approachable and sweet!

Today was a great day! Today was my first visit to this beautiful, clean, lovely spa, invited by Aileen Newport, master injector! I first met Aileen in the beginning of the year at another spa she was working for at the time. A few months back she informed me she was no longer at the spa and was taking time off. I was heartbroken because i thought she was the best. Everything about her just felt comfortable and right. When I got the text a couple of weeks ago that she had started at a new place, Radiant, I didn't hesitate to schedule an appointment! Her technique is masterful and painless. Aileen has a great attitude and loves her work. It shows. I'll follow her wherever she goes and would highly recommend her! I got the dysport injections and already feel the effects. Thanks, Aileen for being awesome!! Staff is also very lovely.
